GOOD1 is a three-person team. I work on both gameplay programming and game design, and we build everything in Unreal Engine Blueprints.
Released title
Deadline Delivery
Deadline Delivery has sold more than 30,000 copies. I joined shortly before launch, so I mainly helped with the final round of bug fixes.
- Fixed gameplay bugs before launch.
- Tracked down multiplayer and networking issues.
In development
Unannounced multiplayer title
I am the main gameplay programmer on GOOD1's next game. I build the main player-facing systems and work with the rest of the team on gameplay and UI decisions.
- Player movement and interactions.
- Items and networked physics (including grabbing and throwing objects).
- Scoring, the scoreboard, and UI.
- Gameplay prototypes and design changes as we test.
How we work
Blueprint-first development
We use Blueprints for everything. This means all three of us (including the non-programmers) can open any system, understand it, and make changes.
Studio growth
Social content
I also help create content for GOOD1's social accounts. Across the team, our videos have reached millions (and sometimes tens of millions) of views, helping grow the audience to more than 50,000 followers.
